4th SUPERBAT: INTERNATIONAL COURSE ON “BATTERIES AND SUPERCAPS”

November 7-8, 2024 at the Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC)

SUPERBAT is an excellent training to face the challenges and opportunities that an increasingly sustainable society is demanding.

During this 2-day course (15 hours), students will acquire basic knowledge on different topics of interest such as:
  • Li-ion and post Li batteries (Na, K, Mg, Ca, Metal-air and Redox Flow)
  • Liquid and solid electrolytes
  • Supercapacitors and micro-supercapacitors
  • Battery assembly, prototyping and recycling
  • Characterization methods (from ex-situ to operando)
  • Theory and calculations
